Public footpaths are an important and treasured feature of the parish.  The Parish Meeting is working on a number of projects to improve the access and safety of several paths in the the parish.

However, A Parish meeting has only limited powers and these have to be specifically given to them by statute, and a Parish Meeting as no power to deal with highway or road safety matters, therefore we can not raise funds through the precept.  Therefore, we need to find alternative sources of funding for any projects.
