Publication of the proposed submission Chichester Local Plan 2021-2039 for consultation under Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations (Local Planning) (England) 2012

The Chichester Local Plan 2021-2039 and accompanying Policies Map, Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulations Assessment are published for consultation from 3^rd February 2023 until 17.00 on 17^th March 2023. Please note that late representations cannot be accepted.

This version of the Local Plan is the document they intend to submit to the Planning Inspectorate for examination. All representations made during the consultation will be submitted to the Inspector to be considered as part of the examination process.

Please use their online consultation portal to read the Local Plan and make your comments – this will enable them to provide all comments to the Inspector in an organised and timely manner.

A guide has been prepared to assist those making representations at this stage of the plan making process. This guide summarises the matters that representations at this stage must address and things to consider before commenting.
